vSphere 4.1: USB Pass-Through

I just learned courtesy of a great post at vNinja.net that the USB Pass-Through feature works across vMotion.  You can select any USB device from any host in the cluster and map it to the VM.

This removes a significant barrier where many servers could previously not be virtualized because they needed access to a USB-based licence key or some other USB peripheral which was required.
